Use of Material

DISCLAIMER and RAW Content Policy

By participating in a photoshoot or video session with Vikram Patel Creative (Company), you acknowledge and agree that Company retains full copyright and ownership of all produced material. Company reserves the right to use, edit, and distribute the material in any capacity, including but not limited to portfolios, marketing, social media, and promotional content, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

RAW Content:
The RAW content (unprocessed/unedited photos or video footage) from the shoot remains the exclusive property of Company. Delivery of RAW content is not included in any standard package and will incur an additional fee. This fee compensates for the value of the unprocessed work and the potential loss of quality control over the final product.

Additional Charges for RAW Content:
Clients who wish to obtain RAW content from their session will be required to pay an additional fee. This fee is calculated based on the complexity, duration, and intended use of the material. The fee ensures fair compensation for the transfer of intellectual property rights and the potential impact on the photographer/videographer’s brand and quality standards. Please note that requests for RAW content should be made prior to the shoot or at the earliest possible opportunity to facilitate the necessary adjustments in our workflow and pricing structure.

Agreement Standard:
By booking a session with Company, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this disclaimer and RAW content policy.
